Meet Dr. Choi
Quho Choi, DDS, is an experienced dentist who practices at Q Smiles Dental’s two locations in Wappingers Falls and Sleepy Hollow. Dr. Choi serves patients of all ages and specializes in a variety of general and cosmetic dentistry procedures.
In 2004, Dr. Choi graduated from New York University’s College of Dentistry. He completed his residency at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx neighborhood of New York City. Shortly thereafter, in 2008, Dr. Choi fulfilled a lifelong dream and opened his practice: Q Smiles Dental.
Never one to rest on his laurels, Dr. Choi has emphasized continuing education and advanced training throughout his professional career. He completed two years of orthodontic training through Progressive Orthodontics Seminars (POS) and is a CEREC® mentor at levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. Through his continuing education, he has also earned the title of certified Lumineers® provider and certified SureSmile® provider.
Since opening Q Smiles Dental, Dr. Choi has treated his patients with the same care and compassion he extends to his family. He’s known for being personable and always willing to spend extra time customizing care options to meet the needs of his patients. The results are unquestionably rewarding for patients and providers alike; the former achieve their dream smiles, which is Dr. Choi’s favorite reason to smile himself.
When he isn’t in the office, Dr. Choi tries to spend as much quality time as possible with his three children. His kids are his world.
Meet Dr. Sung Hyon Han
Dr. Sung Han is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgery specialist at Zen Dentistry, dedicated to providing a high standard of surgical care and practices for all his patients. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, Dr. Han completed a 1-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery fellowship at the University of Illinois Chicago. He then moved to New York to further pursue his specialty in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Han served as a chief resident at Montefiore Medical Center, Hackensack University Medical Center, and St. Luke's University Hospital in Lehigh Valley, where he received extensive training in all facets of oral surgery. His expertise and interest lie in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, and in-office anesthesia. Dr. Han is fluent in English and Korean. Outside the office, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time in a city park with his wife.
Meet Dr. Sukhjivan Bhatti
Dr. Sukhjivan Bhatti is a North East Regional Board-certified General Dentist and a recipient of America's Top Dentist Awards for outstanding dental services. She graduated from NYU as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2006 and received Advanced dental training while doing her residency at Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx NY. Since then, she has been practicing dentistry in the greater Danbury region.
Dr Bhatti believes strongly in the value of lifelong learning and continues to attend courses on various topics. Dr. Bhatti has a natural ability for practicing Dentistry with an emphasis on patient trust and comfort. She exhibits exceptional patient care skills, and passion for quality dentistry and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care. She believes Dentistry is not just about drilling, filling & fixing what's broken, but also about making sure to guide her patients on how to achieve optimal oral health.
In her own words, " My approach to Dentistry and life in general is to create an environment conducive to healing." She says "My vision in dentistry is to bring together the latest & greatest of technology alongside artistic & empathetic approach in order to make every dental visit a joyful experience for my patients."
Dr. Bhatti takes pride in successfully treating the dental-phobic population. It gives her immense joy when her patients leave the office with a smile! She is a perfectionist! In her free time, Dr. Bhatti enjoys exploring various ways to optimize personal transformation. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her family and friends. When not doing dentistry, she is busy nurturing her two young daughters, helping them become successful, responsible young adults and wonderful, caring human beings! She would love to take care of your dental needs.
Meet Dr. Rimma Khamish
Dr. Rimma Khamish has been in the dental field for 20 years. Dr. Khamish is a 2002 graduate of the School of Dentistry at the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Khamish attended the University of California at Los Angeles for her undergraduate studies. Dr. Khamish has been a life member of the ADA, NYSDA, and the local New York Dental Society. Dr. Khamish completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry. She is committed to staying current with the latest in technology to provide the greatest health benefit to patients. Dr. Khamish enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially building long-term relationships with her patients. Dr. Khamish enjoys spending time with her large extended family and friends. Her interests include travel, books, music, and visual and performing arts. She enjoys cooking, skiing and yoga. Dr. Khamish resides in Connecticut with her husband and three daughters.
Meet Dr. Michael Meshnick
We are pleased to announce our forthcoming merge with Dr. Michael Meshnick! Dr. Meshnick has been practicing for over 40 years in the Hudson Valley, and during that time, has provided excellent, high-level care. While he will no longer be practicing in the Wappingers Professional Building, his care will continue here at Q Smiles Dental. Dr. Meshnick graduated from NYU College of Dentistry, has served in the United States Air Force as a Captain, and was a Staff Dentist for over 20 years at Vassar Brothers Hospital.
Dr. Meshnick is also currently a member of The American Dental Association, the Dental Society of the State of New York, the Academy of General Dentistry (and was Awarded a Fellowship), the Ninth District Dental Society, and Dutchess County Dental Society. Despite dedicating much of his life to dentistry, continuing education, and helping our community, he enjoys spending his time with family, skiing, and walking in nature.
Dr. Meshnick's services include Preventative and General Dentistry, as well as, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Meet Denise & Jeniffer
Meet Our Dental Assistants -
Both Denise and Jeniffer are Certified Dental Assistants, trained and able to handle any dental situation thrown their way. They have been working with Q Smiles Dental for the past 3 years, and are an asset to our office.
